01Who the controller is
The controller of your personal data is the company named above. For any data protection matter, write to [email protected].
02Contact form data
When you send the form, we store the name and email address you provide, optionally the company name and indicative budget, the message, the language version of the site, and the time of sending.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry and, if the conversation moves towards terms of cooperation, taking steps prior to entering into a contract.
Providing the data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply.
03Visit statistics
We run our own simple visit statistics. We record the page visited, the language version, the referring domain, and the date and time of the visit.
We use no cookies and no identifier stored in your browser for this. We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics tool, so data about your visit is not shared with third parties.
We do not store your IP address. It is used solely to compute an irreversible hash that lets us tell two visits apart within the same day. The random component of that hash changes daily, so once the day turns, linking the hash to a person is no longer possible.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding traffic to the site.
04How long we keep data
Form submissions are kept for the duration of the correspondence and then until any potential claims expire. If nothing comes of the contact, we delete them after three years at the latest.
Statistics records are deleted automatically after slightly over a year. The random component of the visitor hash is deleted with them.
05Who we share data with
Data is stored on the server hosting the site. Only authorised people within the company have access to the admin panel.
We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
06Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, and port it. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We respond without undue delay, within one month at the latest.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
07Cookies
The site uses no cookies for tracking or marketing, which is why we show no consent banner.
The only cookie that may appear handles the admin panel login session and concerns only the people managing the site. Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
08Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect, we will update this document and change the date at the top of the page.
